WHAT CAUSES FATTY LIVER?
Do you know someone who has had a fatty liver but is not alcoholic nor heavy eater of fatty foods? Alcohol and fatty foods are not the only causes of fatty liver. Some foods that can cause fatty liver include products with high-fructose (soda, candies, sweetened yogurt, salad dressing, canned fruits, powdered juice drinks), and starchy foods (white processed flour, pasta noodles). Too much of these can eventually lead to fatty liver.
Health Teachings to Avoid Fatty Liver:
✅cut out on products containing to much fructose
✅reduce eating starchy foods
✅eat green, leafy vegetables
✅add turmeric to your dishes
✅exercise regularly
✅take n-acetyl cysteine, milk thistle, B Vitamins,alpha-lipoic acids, and magnesium to protect your liver
